Tooth Bar option for MDS Skid Steer Buckets

MDS offers a tooth bar option for every skid steer bucket we build.
Heavy duty shanks and the bolt-on option make this tooth bar the
preferred tooth bar for all MDS buckets. The MDS tooth
bar is not available to other brands of buckets.
